Each property has two bedrooms, a kitchen, shower room, sitting room and small sun room. Parking is available on two of the three estates.

The properties are set in attractive gardens, and, with regular bus services, are all within easy reach of shops, beaches and waterside walks.

There is neither rent nor council tax to pay and background heating, gardening, internal and external decorating and all maintenance and repairs are also free of charge to residents.

Residents may live as they wish, may have friends and family to stay for short periods, and pay only for their contents insurance, telephone, electricity, TV license and repair of their own domestic equipment and furnishings.
